ITPC Milan

ITPC Milan is a government body under the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia. It works as a B2B network between Indonesian and Italian companies who operate in export-import sector for diverse products.

With the mission of promoting new business solutions and bridging investors from the two countries, ITPC promotes export towards Italy of non-oil products by the means of market penetration, disclosure of business intelligence services to enhance the creation of business-oriented networks.

The Brief

The focus of the three year collaboration was the development of the website based on WordPress CMS and its regular updates. In addition, ITPC also required social media management service and other B2B marketing campaigns through various tools (website, application etc) . In addition, the collaboration also included project management for advertising campaigns and some event organization for B2B networking.

During the collaboration, I worked directly under the Director and Vice Director of ITPC Milan for the period of 2014-2017 (Mr. Agung Pramudya and Mr. Sabbat Sirait).  Under their supervision and command, both sides cooperated to develop various preparation for advertisement and digital media strategy.

Digital Media Specialist

Development of WordPress site and publishing regular updates optimized for SEO; social media management and other B2B platforms' marketing campaigns.

Project Management

Managing various advertising project and creating contents for the marketing claims.

Event Organizing

Organizing some events to improve B2B networking between Indonesian brands and Italian buyers.

The Strategy

In the onsite phase of the projects, I helped identify key target search terms or keywords, performed technical auditing of the new WordPress site and provided regular reports for the digital media campaigns and trends. I also created engaging contents on the website and social media platforms, driving organic traffic and potential networks to the organization.

Furthermore, I also collaborated with external media agencies for the traditional marketing strategies, including magazine interview and advertising campaign project management as additional communication strategy to improve the visibility and branding of the organization in Italy.
